In 1906, Mount Carmel Catholic Cemetery in Snohomish County, administered by Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church in Everett, was established.  This 5 acres cemetery is located four miles East of Everett on the Old Everett-Snohomish Highway in the Fobes Hill area, adjacent to Highway 2 on a steep hillside. Mount Carmel Catholic Cemetery has also been known as the Everett Catholic Cemetery.
