Mission Statement

We trust in Jesus to use our hearts and Hands to comfort His people, celebrate the dignity of life and offer hope..

“Lord Jesus Christ, by your own three days in the tomb, you hallowed the graves of all who believe in you and so made the grave a sign of hope that promises resurrection even as it claims our mortal bodies.”
Order of Christian Funerals

The term "cemetery" is Christian. It derives from Greek for sleeping place. Christians believe cemeteries are a gathering place for a pilgrim people who have “fallen asleep” (1 Thes 4:13 -14) in Christ and who await the promised resurrection of the dead. For this reason, Catholic cemeteries celebrate the life of faith unbroken by death and consider the places where the remains of the deceased rest are sacred.
